General Compliance
The Office of Internal Audit, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management supports 91短视频 Langone Health鈥檚 commitment to a culture of compliance. It provides oversight in matters relating to the code of conduct; supports compliance with Stark and Anti-Kickback statutes; conducts compliance and privacy (HIPAA) investigations and reporting; performs compliance and privacy-related policy review and updates; maintains confidential helplines and web intakes; and provides education required of the compliance program and state and federal laws. The department is available to assist all members of the 91短视频 Langone Health community with any concerns or questions regarding policies, the code of conduct, and/or compliance-related matters.
